Ingredients 1 cup rice, 1 tbsp salt, 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp allspice, 1 tbsp pepper, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 pound beef 1/4 cup lemon juice 500 grams tomato 1 cups chicken stock Directions 1.Blanch grape leaves. Let cool 2.Mix ground meat, rice, onion, black pepper, salt, parsley, tomatoes and olive oil in a bowl 3.Mix all the ingredients 4.Put one leaf veiny side down on a board. Add one tbsp mixture to the bottom of the leaf, then fold inwards and roll up. 5.Stack stuffed grape leaves in the pot tightly layer by layer 6.Add lemon juice and water to just cover the dolma 7.Place a plate on top and cook on low for 45 mnts. serve with yogurt there is also olive oil recipe without meat only rice.
