Happy Saturday! I am about to get my workout in, and thought I'd just share this with you. I am usually grumbly first thing in the morning, but I've been working on changing that. It take some effort to be thankful when you first wake up...but I am thankful that I get another day. What do you do 1st thing in the morning when you wake? Take 5 seconds to be thankful for a few things in your life. You will be amazed at how this changes everything.
