Body By Vi Energy Balls 2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix 1 cup of oats 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter 1/3 c honey 1 cup of coconut flakes 1/2 cup ground/milled flaxseed Mix it all together in a bowl and then use a Mellon baller to roll them into perfectly shaped bite sized circles and then just put in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes to an hour.
