CROCK POT - Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes in slow cooker: 8 red potatoes, scrubbed and halved, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans (or fresh). 1 large onion (cut into about 8 wedges), 2 cups ham, cut into bite sized pieces, 1-2 cans vegetable or chicken broth. Cook on low 8-10 hours. **I used bag of small red potatoes (halved), 1 lb. of ham steaks (cut up), 2 cans of chicken broth. Could make a soup out of it (add carrots, cabbage...). Could get away with using only 1 can of broth...EV**Eileen Veilleux
