Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches. Put 2-3 lbs over roast in crockpot. Add 4 cups beef broth and 2 pigs Lipton onion soup mix. Cook on low 7-8hrs. Shred meat and cook a few more min. Place beef on white Italian sub rolls and top with provolone cheese. Broil in oven until cheese bubbles and melts. Serve with au-jus remaining in crockpot.
