Easter Bunny Rolls! 2-1/2 to 3 cups flour 2 TBSP sugar 1 pkg (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast 1 tsp salt 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup water 2 TBSP butter 1 egg Place butter, sour cream, water in saucepan & heat, but do not cook. Cool to tepid-add remaining ingredients. Put in a kneader. If thick add more water. Let it rise double. Cut into 16 equal parts Baking paper lined tray & cut ears w/ scissors. Place eyes, such as poppy seeds. Bake 375° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
