Stuffed Mushrooms - 12 whole fresh mushrooms, 1 T oil, 1 T minced garlic, 1/4 t onion powder, 8 oz cream cheese soft, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, 1/4 t ground cayenne pepper. Oven 350. Clean mushrooms break off stems. Chop stems fine. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, chopped mushroom stems to the skillet. Cook till done, cool, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, peppers, onion powder. Mixture should be very thick. Fill each mushroom cap. Bake 20 minutes on sprayed baking sheet.
