Pass on this awesome arm workout by sharing this with your favorite workout buddy! 1. 12 Cross Upright Row 2. 12 Bicep Curl 3. 12 Band Side Raise 4. 12 Pull aparts 5. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 3x for beginners, 5x for advanced. (Beginners can also cut the reps in half and increase rest time to 60 seconds if need be.)vaderjr
