Ingredients: 1 Serving Whole Grain Quick Oats (prepared with water) 1 Tbsp Pistachio Almond Pudding Mix 1 Packet Truvia 1 Tbsp Water 1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds 2 Tsp Shaved White Chocolate Bark (You could use white chocolate chips as a substitute) Directions 1. Prepare Oats with water as directed on box. (I used the microwave directions to make it faster) 2. When the oatmeal is done add 1 tbsp of water, 1 packet Truvia and pudding mix and stir. 3. Top the oatmeal with Almonds 4. Take a sharp knife and scrape the white chocolate over the oatmeal. Calories 216, Protein 8g, Fat 4g, Fiber 5g, Carbs 44gShelby McDonald
