SPINACH BURGERS: 1 pkg frozen Spinach-thaw & drain, 2 Egg Whites, 1 whole Egg, 1/4 cup Onion, 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1/4-1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes-opt. Form into patties & cook 6 min each side in skillet w/ cooking spray. High in Protein, Low in Carbs and absolutely Delicious!Beachcomber Donna
