Don't Neglect Your Calves Try adding this calf workout 1-2 times/wk: Bodyweight calf raises -- 3 sets of 15-25 reps @ 3-2-1 tempo (1 sec up, 2 sec hold, 3 sec down). 30 sec rest between sets. Single-leg calf raise -- 5 sets of 15-25 reps @ 3-2-1 tempo. 15 sec rest between sets. (use 10 pound weight in each hand)Kat Ludlam
