So, when talking to my friend about a healthy lifestyle, we summarized with saying that everyone is different, our bodies have different needs, but we realize that how we get to our ideal size or weight is all just the byproduct of our pursuit of building up to get there. Meaning, we have an image in our mind & feeling in our souls that we'd like to achieve, but we need to create the habits necessary and maintain a high discipline to get there. We need to achieve a balance of what works for us as individuals and not be swayed by others comments or observations. Mainly, when we are determined to live a healthy lifestyle, it's not for others, or an event...etc, instead we need to want to do it for OURSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS, the "ME" we want to be!Joana Young
