Breakfast For Your Skin Scrub: Okay, this is the best scrub I've made...I'm not gonna lie. I love it so much, I keep one jar in my bathroom for my face and another on the kitchen counter for my hands. Here's what you do... add 1/2 cup of oats to a food processor. Grind until it's powdery. Add 3/4 cups of brown sugar (dark or light is fine). Mix again. Then add 1/2 cup of jojoba oil, 1/2 cup of sweet almond oil, 1/2 t of vanilla, 1/2 t Vitamin E oil. Mix again. That's it. This scrub smells delicious and will make your skin feel like a teenager all over again. I'm almost 40 and my skin still looks pretty young, so I'm a walking testament that this works! Now, if you want a thicker paste, like in the photo...use less oil. If you want it slightly soupier, use my recipe. I've been making it slightly soupier since my first batch becauseI find it hydrates better and my skin stays silkier longer, even after I rinse the paste off.
