Coconut Whipped Cream (dairy free and gluten free) Chill a “full fat” can of Organic Coconut Milk in fridge for some time or best over night. Scoop out all the thickened coconut cream (use remainder in a shake or other). Add a little cinnamon & vanilla, and whip it in a mixing bowl until it begins to thicken. Voila! Ready to use.Kat Kuju
