The Ultimate Creamy Mushrooms: 2 T olive oil 11 oz, mushrooms.. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced. 6 oz. cream.. 3 T parsley chopped. Juice of 1/2 a lemon. Salt & pepper. Serve on thick slices of toasted sourdough bread. Top w/ fried eggs, chilli oil/fresh chillies. Heat /wok until very hot. Brown the mushrooms & garlic. Add the cream, parsley, & lemon juice & cook until sauce has thickened slightly. Serve on toast with eggs & chilli oil.
