Healthy buffalo cauliflower. Batter: dash of hot sauce, 1/2 c white rice flower, 1/2 c water, pinch salt. Coat 1 head cauliflower and bake at 450 deg until hardened (~15 min). Coat with sauce: 1/4 c hot sauce, 1/4 c canola oil, pinch salt. Continue baking until crispy, then add more sauce.
