Smoked Salmon Pizza 1 partially baked extra thin pizza crust Olive oil 8 oz. cream cheese @room temperature 1 sliced shallot Capers 2 T. chopped fresh dill 3/4 lb. sliced smoked salmon Preheat oven to 450°. Drizzle olive oil on crust, arrange shallots evenly on top and season with salt, pepper & dill. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Spread the cream cheese on top of crust, then arrange the salmon. Sprinkle on capers and more dill. Serve in wedges or squares.
