Slow Cooker Savory Bean and Spinach Soup. Abigail's Results: I love recipes that I can throw into my crockpot and forget about and this is a great example of that. Even though this dish is only 150 calories per serving, it is full of flavor and is really comforting. The white beans and rice add a heartiness to the flavors and the spinach that you throw in at the end adds a freshness. I did need to add a little extra salt and pepper to get the seasonings to my preferred taste but otherwise the recipe is delicious as is!
