Marinated pork loin: marinate for 6-8 hours in fridge in ziploc bag with 1/2 cup olive oil,1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 package of dry Italian dressing mix, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, & 1 tsp chopped garlic from the jar. After marinating, take pork loin out of bag & put in glass Pyrex dish. Pour remaining juice over pork loin & bake in oven for an hour at 425.Amy Matthews
