My favorite thanksgiving side dish ever!! Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix,1 can creamed corn, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, 1 Cup Sour cream. Mix all together adding the sour cream last. Pour in large casserole dish. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....but use two boxes of corn muffins and 9x13 pan so it can be cut in squares. Recipe above is more like a pudding. Family favorite!
