Scalloped Potatoes with Ham & Cheese Recipe= Ingredients 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 cup milk 2/3 cup condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 8 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese Directions In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 10 servings.
