Sweet Snack: Honey Roasted Cinnamon Chickpeas 425 grams can chickpeas 1/2 TBSP olive oil 1 TBSP honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp sea salt Preheat oven 190°C. Line baking sheet parchment paper.Drain rinse chickpeas.dry off. Spread chickpeas on baking sheet. Bake for approx 45 minutes until crispy. Test one, if still soft, bake for longer.While chickpeas are hot, toss in bowl with oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. Store leftover chickpeas in airtight container.Mandy
