1.5 cup fresh dates * 3T dried coconut (optional) * 6 champagne mangoes * 1 cup fresh lemon juice * 1T lemon zest * In a food processor, puree about 1.5 - 2 cups fresh or soaked dates with dried coconut (optional) to a paste.
