Pork chops in the crock pot: 6-8 boneless porkchops 2 lg can peaches (do not drain) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cups apple juice All you need to do is brown the porkchops on both sides then put them in the crockpot. In a bowl mix the can of peaches with the cinnamon and brown sugar and apple juice. pour on top of pork chops and cook on low for 6 hours. serve it over white rice. Instead of brown sugar use maple syrup and use fresh peaches and fresh apples. This should make it Paleo.Jessica Armstrong
