Ingredients: 4 medium red potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Cut the potatoes in wedges.
