Orange Chicken Vegetable StirFry: 1/2 C Orange Juice, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Orange Zest, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Tsp Ginger, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 Lb Chicken, 3 Tbsp Cornstarch, 1 C each Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Mushroom, Snap Peas 1/2 C Corn. Blend Sauce Ingredients in processor & add Sweetner & heat. Season Chicken Salt/Pepper. Add cornstarch & Massage Chicken with Hands. Saute Chicken. Add Veggies & Stir Fry. Top with Sauce & serve with Brown Rice.
