Mexican Cabbage with Sriracha-Agave Tofu. Wow! This was so delicious. I think it will become one of my new fave meals. I didn't have tomato sauce or paste so I just used the same amount of pasta sauce. Worked great. Also, I didn't have green chiles; I used one large jalapeño. And this was spicy but not as spicy as I anticipated. Loved it!
