No link: recipe follows: I saw this creamy tomatillo, avacado, sour cream sauce being made on @Teresa O'Day ..last week. I made this last night, and it is the easiest and most amazing tasting Tomatillo Green sauce. Use this to dip with chips, or better yet, spread some on top of your Chicken Enchiladas...this is just like getting Sour Cream chicken Enchiladas at your favorite Mexican restaurant. 3 avocados 3 green tomatoes 4 tomatillos (fresh) 3 garlic cloves 3 sprigs fresh cilantro 2-3 jalapenos 11/2 cups sour cream 12 tsp salt (taste) 1) Peel avocados and place them in a blender. 2) In a medium saucepan, boil tomates, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. 3)Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with avocados. 4) Add sour cream and blend until smooth. This is better after it sits for a few hours - but the immediate taste is great also!
