MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN 4 boneless chicken breast ½ C parmesan cheese 1 C Greek yogurt-plain, 1 tsp garlic powder 1½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper Spread mixture over chicken breasts, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. I changed the recipe a bit & it was fabulous! I put a layer of onion slices under the chicken. For the sauce, I replaced the greek yogurt with 1/2 C mayo & 1/2 C plain unsweetened Kefir. Also added 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ancho chili pepper & a dash of Cayenne pepper. Awesome!
