Mushroom Skewers Recipe Marinated Mushrooms 1/2 tablespoon harissa 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon dried oregano 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, halved lengthwise Whisk the harissa, olive oil, balsamic vinegar & oregano in a medium bowl. Add halved mushrooms & mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Thread the mushrooms onto presoaked bamboo skewers. Roast them 10-12 min. or grill 5 min per side.
