Temple Tofu from Buddhist Peace Camp 1 lb. firm tofu, cut into ¾ inch cubes ½ cup low sodium soy sauce 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine 2-3 Tbsp. sesame oil Nutritional Yeast Flakes Marinate tofu cubes in soy sauce/garlic for about 1/2 hr, turning at least once. Heat the sesame oil in lg pan. Add the cubes in a single layer. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast flakes over the tofu cubes. Cook until browned on all sides. Serve with brown rice, toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce and vegetables.
