Prep Time: 20 minutesCook Time: 10 minutesYield: serves 4-6IngredientsFor the Chicken:1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (or tenders) sliced thin, lengthwise1 Tbsp greek seasoning mix1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried rosemary2 Tbsp olive oilFor the Tzatziki:1 avocado, pitted1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 tsp kosher salt6 cranks fresh ground black pepper8 drops tabasco sauce1 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp garlic powder1 Tbsp greek seasoning mixInstructionsIn a blender (or food processor), add avocado, greek yogurt and lemon juice for tzatziki sauce. Process until smooth. Add remaining sauce ingredients and combine. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate (covered) until ready to eat.For the chicken, slice chicken breasts lengthwise into thin strips. Place in a large ziploc bag. Add seasonings and shake until evenly coated.Using a bamboo skewer, thread strips of chicken onto skewer. Cook on grill or use a grill pan on the stove top over medium high heat. Add olive oil and add chicken.
