Chinese Peppersteak! :) -- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. meat (beef or deer!) 2-3 Tb oil salt, pepper & garlic to taste. 1 Tb. sugar, 2 Tb. vinegar, 4-5 Tb Worchestershire or soy (or mixture of both), 1 c. water. 2 sliced green peppers, 2-3 wedged tomatoes, 1/2 - 2 Tb cornstarch, 3 Tb. water, cooked rice or noodles. Brown steak in oil - put in crockpot w/ all ingredients except corn starch. Mix corn starch & 3 Tb water. Add to crock pot. Cook on low! Add more water if gets too thick.
