Crispy panko porkchops I dredged the chops in flour, then a mixture of egg/homemade Ranch, then panko with ranch seasoning/herbs. (my other pins have the recipe.) Then I threw it in a cast iron skillet with a touch of olive oil to brown. After that it was into the oven in a broiler pan for about 20 minutes (covered in foil until the last few minutes.)
