Chocolate caramel brownies. I have made these for years and gotten rave reviews every time. German chocolate cake mix, 1 stick melted butter, 6 0z. evap. milk in a food processor. Pat 1/2 mixture into 9x13 pan, sprinkle with small (whole part of) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup of chopped pecans (if you like nuts). Melt 1 bag of Kraft caramels with 6 oz. of evap. milk in microwave (stirring to melt completely). Pour over first half of batter and then top with pinches of remaining batter. bake ion 350 degree oven for 30.mins. AMAZING.
