Breakfast Quesadillas ~ Cook & drain 1/3 Pork Sausage & save. Beat 6 Eggs, 2 T. Sour Cream, 2 T. Half & Taco Seasoning and cook. Add 2 T. finely chopped fresh Chives, 2 T. finely chopped fresh Cilantro, 2 T. chopped Tomato, 4.5 oz. Chopped green Chiles. Fill 11 oz. Burrito 8 " Flour Tortillas with some egg mix, pork sausage & shredded Mexican Mix Cheese, fold over. Fry on both sides till crisp, add toppings: chopped Fresh Chives, Taco Sauce, Sour Cream.
