Bird's Nest Breakfast Cups: 1 24oz bag shred hashbrowns 2tsp salt 1tsp pepper 2tbs olive oil 1/3cup shred cheddar Bacon bits 1 Egg per cup greased Muffin tin. Mix hashbrown, salt, pepper, oil & 1/3 cup shred cheese and divide in cups. Bake hash browns at 425 for 15-18 mins. Remove and lower the temp to 350 degrees. Crack an egg into each cup and break yolk. Top with bacon and a sprinkle of cheese Bake at 350 for 13-16 mins. When cooled slide a knife along the edge to remove.
