Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Cream Frosting- I only used the icing recipe and the cake build shown here. I did not use this cake recipe for my cake (see: Homemade Strawberry Cake). The icing was amazing, though I'd almost recommend using less cream cheese and more powdered sugar (it was almost TOO "cream-cheesy"). The layers with jam/icing/strawberries were fantastic. Refrigerate for 24hrs. to firm everything up if your icing is too runny. You can reshape once everything has solidified. Delish!
