Bell Pepper and Mint Lentil Hummus/ 14 oz cooked lentils 1 roasted red bell pepper 3 tablespoons feta cheese 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, peeled 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Instructions Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper as needed and serve with pita chips, celery or carrot sticks.Cristina H.
