Slow Cooker Recipe - Crock pot Balsamic Chicken & Spring Vegetables 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 2 zucchinis, sliced into bite-sized pieces 2 yellow squash, sliced into bite-sized pieces, 2 chopped bell peppers, 1 sliced red onion, 1 garlic clove, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper ,Slow cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
