Baked Fontina Cheese dip. Best ever...melt in the oven in cast iron. It's great as dip...but even better in a sandwich! Get some ciabatta, brush on olive oil and put under the broiler. Sautee green and yellow zucchini with roasted red peppers, garlic and onion in a pan. Slather the melted fontinella over the toasted bread. Top with the zuccini mixture. Oh this is so wonderful!
