Apple Enchiladas; spoon 1/4c apple pie filling on each of 6 flour tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon , roll up, tuck in edges, place in baking dish. In saucepan over medium heat combine 1/2c butter, 1/2c white sugar, 1/2c brown sugar and 1/2c water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and simmer 3 min. Pour sauce over enchiladas and let stand 45 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes, serve with vanilla icecream.
