29 avenue Rapp by Jules Lavirotte who designed this in 1901 for his friend Alexandre Bigot. Bigot was a ceramist and created the ceramic details himself, along with sculptor Jean-Baptiste Larrivé. It was said that the bust of the woman over the door is a portrait of Lavirotte's wife (check out the fur around her neck).
